Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us!  Below you will find the details of our shipping policy, designed to get your new apparel to y;our doorstep as quickly and transparently as possible.

  1. Processing Times

       We know you are excited to get your gear!

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after recieving your order confirmation email.
  • You will recieve another notification when your order has shipped.

       Note: During high-volume periods (such as major collection drops, holiday seasons, or state-wide sales), processing times may take up to 5 business days.  We appreciate your patience!

       2.  We ship all domestic orders via standard trackable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

       3.  Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

  • Address Corrections: Please Double-check your shipping address during checkout.  If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately.  We cannot change the shipping address once the package has left our fulfillment center.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages:  We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are missing or stolen.  If your tracking says "delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with your neighbors, your local mail carrier, or file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
